Before You Start

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • A strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connectionRequired for downloading the eSIM profile to your device.
  • An eSIM-compatible deviceNot all devices support eSIM. Check your device specifications.

Troubleshooting

Having trouble? Check these common solutions.

Can't scan the QR code?

Try the manual install method instead. Go to the eSIM settings on your device and enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code manually. On iOS 17+, you can also take a screenshot of the QR code and use the "Open Photos" option.

Activation is taking a long time?

eSIM activation can take up to 10 minutes. Please wait patiently and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If it takes longer, try restarting your device.

No data connection after installation?

Please verify three things: (1) The eSIM line is turned ON in your settings, (2) Mobile Data is switched to the eSIM line, and (3) Data Roaming is enabled for the eSIM. Restart your device if the issue persists.

Device shows carrier locked?

Your device must be unlocked to use an eSIM from a different carrier. Contact your current carrier to request an unlock. This process varies by carrier and may take a few days.
